Festival de Jemma...

When easyjet cancelled my flight for the THIRD time that week I decided to head back to the party central which is Nottingham (for me!) and had my own little festival by commencing the drinking at the SU beer garden within half an hour of my arrival back to the city on the 22nd April at 5pm! Many half pints lead to a quick outfit change and a Castle House en mass visit to Spanky Van Dykes, Yates (oh dear.) and then Rock City.

A big hangover day ensued the next day, however, after a trip to the bead shop to buy a jump ring for my new swarovski pendant I picked up in London, Danni, Chappel, and I ended up in the pub and on the pints at 3pm.

By evening I went to Bangers and Fash at Spanky Van Dykes, where my friends Gill and Tony showed off their wares (wemaket-shirts.com) among others with a fashion show and stalls... I brought an amazing moustache shaped brooch which I HEART!

Gill and I! Wearing Topshop dress and my swarovski pendant and moustache brooch.

Artwork at the show!

A bar within a bar (TOO CUTE!)

Jeremy......

We ended up at a house party till the early hours... leaving to daylight!!!!

Another day of sleeping off the hangover, followed by another trip to the pub (the Olde Trip this time). More half pints, some food. Then onto the Social where I started on the wine. Then a hotfoot over to the SU to try and get in for free before 10.30pm. Just missed this by 2 mins and had to stump up £4! Boo!!

Outfit= more Topshop and vintage denim jacket.Spotted- people sleeping!! haha!

The next day the hangover meant I had to reschedule my flight (at a cost of £45) and Danni and I headed to the Broadway for pots and pots of tea. They were holding a film festival and people were dressed up a la 1950's style and drinking cocktails, however tea was all I could handle.

26th April.... I finally headed to Gatwick and left an in bloom Nottingham behind....
